Babe Lash Bamboozled Me AGAIN. (In a Good Way)

A few weeks ago, Babe Lash reached out to me regarding my post “Babe Lash Bamboozled Me,” and asked me if I’d want to try more products since my first experience wasn’t the greatest. I’ll try anything twice, and they were so nice so I was actually pretty excited.

A few days later I received a huge cute box at my doorstep. After I opened it I picked my jaw up off the floor because I couldn’t believe how much shit was in there. Inside the box was the essential serum my initial post was on, the enhancing conditioner, the plumping lip jelly in clear and in mauve, the volumizing brow filler, and the defining brow creme. I’ve been using all these since I got them and waiting to write about it so I could make sure I knew if I liked them, and have been pleasantly surprised.

So the essential serum is the one my eyes did not get along with initially, and honestly, I’ve been nervous to try again. I’ve been waiting until I had two or more days off in a row just in case but haven’t had that opportunity to test my luck again. BUT, I have been using it on my brows, and whew are these sisters growing! I normally trim up my eyebrows around once a month, and after two weeks I’m frantically looking for my tweezers. So far so good.

The enhancing conditioner is supposed to make your lashes and brows look strong and lush after applying it in the morning. Yes, I was nervous to put this on my eyes, but I did it for you guys. I’ve been using it on my eyes and brows and I HAVE noticed a difference. I really can’t tell any difference on my lashes yet, but from the first use on my brows, they looked so fluffy. My brows have always been fine, sparse, and blonde, but when I apply this before filling them in it gives the appearance of those natural bushy boy brows I’ve always longed for lol.

The plumping lip jelly has quickly become one of my staples, specifically the mauve shade. I love that violent tingle that only a good plumping gloss can give, and this one doesn’t burn at all. Almost every time I wear it I get a compliment on the shade. I have noticed it’s a little sticky, but it also lasts for hours, so I can deal. It plumps instantly, gives the perfect amount of gloss, and leaves my lips hydrated. My usual go-to plump is the Too Faced Lip Injections, but this lip jelly is currently taking the cake.

I got the volumizing brow filler in taupe, but I think the dark brown shade would’ve been better because I like my brows pretty dark. It’s cool because it has “fibers and biotin” but its like little hairs almost. I wasn’t a fan of it on its own, just because it didn’t seem to make a huge difference. I liked using it as a brow gel once I filled them in, but on its own, it looked too natural for me LOL like at that point I’d just go natural, you know?

I got the defining brow creme also in taupe, and whewww do I love the shade. I feel like taupe means something different to every brand but this is the color I wish it would always be. It’s that perfect lightish brown color and it has no hint of grey!! A dream come true. The formula is almost like a cream to powder because it goes on like a cream but looks like a powder since its matte and super blendable. It’s definitely buildable but I’ve been loving the naturally perfect and defined look I’ve been able to achieve lol. I’ve been using the Anastasia powder for as long as I can remember, and it wears just as long and applies just as easily.

So here I am, unbamboozled and happy about it. I was weary to try anything else from the brand, and probably never would’ve had they not reached out. But I am GLAD they did since I’m sitting here with nice brows and the perfect pout lol. I’m dying to try the brightening under-eye patches they have now cause we all know my dark circles do not come to play!

Thank you Babe Lash for changing my mind and sending me a box of serendipity.
