Rest?? and Relax???

Today’s post is in video form, but for a small recap: it’s SO important to make time for rest, but I still struggle with putting everything on hold and not feeling guilty.

I don’t love being vulnerable, but I think it aids in my growth, and I NEED help. If you have any tips or tricks on how to rest without feeling like a quitter or to slow your productivity and know that doesn’t define your worth, let me know!!
